The instant cold packs from Mueller are convenient and ready whenever. They require no refridgeration and activate instantly. This cold compress remedy is ideal for sports injuries and first aid. The packs are recommended to help relieve pain, reduce swelling, and speed recovery from minor bumps, cuts, scrapes, bruises, muscle aches, strains and sprains, headaches, toothaches, minor burns, and insect bites. The skin should be wrapped before applying the cold pack. Simply shake the bag and break it. A vigourous shake for 30 seconds will activate the mixture and the pack can be applied with a wrap to hold in place if necessary.
